Analog-IP Encoder

Very small and low cost Analog-IP encoding device. Once configured, it is generating in real time a multicast IP stream with a constant bit rate or variable in MPEG2 SD (720*576px) quality. It can be easily integrated within any TV head end or near any analog A/V source such as camera, VTR or PC video output. It can be part of a large scale encoding rackable station or acquired as a stand-alone product.

SDI-IP Encoder

Real time encoder blade (H.264, AVC), used in a high density rack mount system for SD or HD video over IP transport. This blade is suitable for all applications requiring Professional video distribution over IP networks. It can be easily integrated within any TV head end system. This product can also be sold as a stand-alone product.

These products have been selected and integrated by StreamVision as complementary OEM 'building blocks' for designing IPTV head-end systems. These integrated electronic appliances have been designed for industrial environment; they input analog TV channels and output them to an IP network. General and common features are :

IP Encoders Architecture


Encoding devices allow creating and customizing internal TV channels (CCTV) for multi-purpose use, such as advertising, information, promotion, security or entertainment. These new local TV channels are fully managed by ATLAS application software; they are offered to the end user as standard TV channels that can be selected and displayed as others. Some typical examples are:

  • Encoding any analog TV channel (many broadcasters are still delivering PAL/NTSC TV)
  • Encoding PC signal output to distribute information such as graphics, Power Point presentation, or drawings in corporate environment
  • Encoding Camera or WebCam outputs to display activities, weather broadcasts, animations
  • Encoding and recording CCTV information for security and surveillance purposes
  • Simultaneous low bandwidth encoding for Web distribution.
