VSx range products: Recording and Browsing products
VSx is a complete solution allowing to record audio-video programs in real time, and to provide ulterior access to recorded sequences. Hence, this solution fits perfectly the needs for digital logging needed for certification, legal restrictions, monitoring of broadcasted contents. This solution is based on a distributed architecture, built around an IP network. It is composed of four functional modules:
- Encoding: receives input streams and broadcasts them on the IP network.
- Recording: grabs the IP streams broadcasted by the encoding module and record them on an online storage.
- Browsing: accesses the records on the storage and allows the user to view or save sequences.
- Purge and archiving: allows archiving or deleting obsolete records.
